Adoption Application

The answers that you give on this questionnaire will help to determine the best possible match between you and a rescue dog/puppy and help us to understand your lifestyle, your experience and commitment to adopt.

Adoption Contract

This is an agreement between the Adopter(s), and the Rescuer(s), FaerieLand German Shepherd & Welsh Corgi Rescue, Inc.

Foster Questionnaire

Our organization relies heavily on foster families to save dogs lives, and we couldn’t save as many as we do without volunteers like you, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

This form gives up all rights of possession and ownership of a dog. You will not be able to redeem said dog at any time, nor will you be allowed to know the dog's specific whereabouts.

Vet Record Release

This form authorizes and directs a Veterinarian to recognize FaerieLand Rescue as the owner of a dog and to deliver to FaerieLand Rescue's representative all medical records.

The Rainbow Bridge

Just this side of heaven is a place called the Rainbow Bridge.

How We Work

Thinking about adopting a four-legged friend? There's no time like the present. Check out our dogs looking for furever homes.

FaerieLand Rescue depends on foster homes to care for dogs until suitable homes are found or a puppy is too young to be adopted and needs a safe place to stay until he or she is old enough to go to a furever home.

FaerieLand Rescue is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization run solely on adoption fees and donations. You can help by sponsoring an individual dog in it's time of need. To sponsor a dog go to their bio and use the link after their description.

FaerieLand Rescue is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization run solely on adoption fees and donations. The rescue serves German Shepherds & Welsh Corgis in need. Our network of devoted foster families provides a safe haven to our rescues as they make their way to quality, loving homes of their own. All adoption fees are used to cover spay/neuter procedures, shots, worming, microchips, emergency boarding, food, medications, and other surgeries as needed for adoptable dogs.

Your donation will go directly to providing care for a German Shepherd or Corgi in need. A donation of just $10 will cover one night of emergency boarding. $25 can provide food and supplies for one foster dog for two weeks. And there are many additional ways your generous donation can help:

$15 - Pays for one microchip
$25 - A trip to the groomer to help a battered rescue dog show its best
side to potential adopters
$100 - Vaccines to prevent rabies, distemper, and parvo for one dog
$200 - Nutritious dog food to feed 50 dogs for 2 weeks
$500 - Spay or neuter surgeries for four dogs
