Meet Roo, a rescue dog whose DOB: 9.3.2018 and adoption fee is $350.00. He is UTD on vaccinations, neutered & microchipped,
Roo is a handsome four year old German Shepherd who loves to play fetch with his red jolly ball and be around his foster family. Roo requires a person with German Shepherd experience, preferably a older man or woman. He reacts to strangers when first meeting them and can be vocal with low growling sounds. He is a sweet dog but still has a ways to go in finding his FUREVER home. He enjoys long walks and car rides are a must! He enjoys watching tv, he likes action movies and trying to catch popcorn in mid air. Roo is great with all other dogs big or small. He is not a fan of birds, chickens or cats and prefers a home with no kids. He is also crate and potty trained.
He loves to play with his friends and lounging in the front yard. A rural setting would be best for this dog. A city life is not for ROO. Roo is a very special boy who has a big heart and really just wants to be someone’s BFF.
As a foster-based rescue, we do not have a central facility to visit. Meet and greets with specific dogs are arranged once your adoption application (not an inquiry through Petfinder) has been received, processed, and approved.
We do not allow our dogs to be tied, tethered, chained or secured on a tie out for any of our dogs. We do not allow our shepherds to go into homes with an underground electronic fence system.
If you are serious about this dog, please go to our website www.faerielandrescue.org/resources.
