Meet Cricket. A new addition to our rescue. We believe she is about 3 years old and have given her a DOB of 10.22.19. A tiny corgi, black headed tri that we have vaccinated, spayed and given her a microchip. Her adoption fee is $400.00.

Cricket has one special need: She needs to eat ID dry kibble dog food. Her system stresses out with new changes. While on this food she handles stress quite well. She has made so many advances in her foster home that she is ready for adoption

Crickets life began in a breeding place where she was a little "Cash machine" and nothing more.. Since coming to rescue she has come a long ways towards becoming the dog she was meant to be. She is starting to do the zoomies outside, enjoys going on walks, will chew on a real bone & takes treats when offered from her current foster mom. She enjoys being near the resident dog in her current foster home. A real must for her is having another dog in the dog she gets adopted into.

Cricket is shy, sweet, unsure, weighing only 14.6# & a tiny Welch Corgi. She is enjoying going for a walk, She loves sitting in her foster moms lap. She loves to get kisses on her nose and have sweet nothings whispered in her ear. She comes when called with a "Corgi Wiggle" butt. A fenced, secure yard is a must for this wee one. She must be in a home with another dog or 2. One must be home 99 % of the time to apply for Cricket. One must have experience working with an extremely shy, unsocial dog to be eligible to apply for Cricket, not just have experience with a rescue dog.

As a foster-based rescue, we do not have a central facility to visit. Meet and greets with specific dogs are arranged once your adoption application (not an inquiry through Petfinder) has been received, processed, and approved.

We do not allow our dogs to be tied, tethered, chained or secured on a tie out for any of our dogs. We do not allow our shepherds to go into homes with an underground electronic fence system.

If you are serious about this dog, please go to our website www.faerielandrescue.org/resources.
