Meet Maddie from KY. She has a DOB of 12.23.15 and her adoption fee is $250.00

She is very sweet and calm girl that gets along with other dogs. She is crate and housebroken. This little senior girl was found abandoned on a mountaintop in rural KY, cold, starving and emaciated.. She is a senior that was found and her long coat was so matted that she was shaved over her entire body including her legs. BRRR.. coming to MN on 1.22.23 with a winter coat.. She does have an ear infection which is being treated and will need to be rechecked.

We were very happy to bring in this senior into our rescue. We can't wait for her coat to grow out and see what a beauty she really is. Maddie loves to snuggle and would love to sit on the couch or bed with you. She is truly one of the sweetest German Shepherds we have taken in. She may not require a fenced yard but we recommend it.

As a foster-based rescue, we do not have a central facility to visit. Meet and greets with specific dogs are arranged once your adoption application (not an inquiry through Petfinder) has been received, processed, and approved.

We do not allow our dogs to be tied, tethered, chained or secured on a tie out for any of our dogs. We do not allow our shepherds to go into homes with an underground electronic fence system.
