Meet Polo, a young Shepherd mix who came to rescue from a rez. He is solid black in color and oh so sweet. His DOB is 2.25.22 and his adoption fee is $400.00. He is vaccinated, microchipped and neutered.

Polo came to rescue as a scared puppy and is now grown into a more confident dog. He needs a home with a 6' fence to keep him safe, else he could run. He also should have another dog in the home to keep him company and be his BFF. He is learning that foster life and in a home is best thing since "hotdogs". He loves to play ball, very agile, might make a good agility partner or an active home that goes on walks, camps, hikes or spends a ton of time with their pets. He likes all people of all sizes and has not met a stranger. A tad bit slow to warm up but then you are his best friend furever.

As a foster-based rescue, we do not have a central facility to visit. Meet and greets with specific dogs are arranged once your adoption application (not an inquiry through Petfinder) has been received, processed, and approved.

We do not allow our dogs to be tied, tethered, chained or secured on a tie out for any of our dogs. We do not allow our shepherds to go into homes with an underground electronic fence system.

If you are serious about this dog, please go to our website www.faerielandrescue.org/resources.
