Ricardo is a Shepherd mix puppy with a DOB of 2.18.23. His adoption fee is $500. He has a BIG personality in a small package! He is currently around 15-20lbs (quickly growing) and has the biggest personality. He is observant and watches his people and his fur friends to quickly learn what is ok and what is not. Even though he is super smart, in true puppy fashion, he pushes the limits anytime he is able. He loves to play fetch with a stick, ball, toy or bone. He is still working at bringing it directly back but 8/10 he brings it back to be thrown again. Ricardo loves just about any toy/bone he can get in his mouth, including the occasional sock or shoe. He picks up on daily habits within just a day or two. Very quick learner. He has been doing amazing with potty training, as long as you take him out and keep a close eye on him. He has been great kenneling at night and letting his foster mom know when it is time to get up and let him out.
Ricardo has been the perfect mix of spunky and calm. He gets his puppy energy and wants to play fetch, but after he is so ready for a good cuddle. He loves his belly rubs and just attention in general. He has done amazing with dogs of all sizes and ages. He has not been around children or kids, but his foster thinks he would be a model pup with the correct training and supervision. This little guy is going to make a great addition to any family! And if all of this doesn't convince you....Ricardo will be sure you never have to fear the bathroom alone ever again!
