Will this Skipper be your Captain?! Skipper is a Cardigan Welsh Corgi looking for his forever home. His brindle coloring and big fluffy tail that never stops wagging is truly a showstopper. He came to us as an owner surrender due to his people going into assisted living. They loved him dearly and made sure he was safe and able to find his new furever people.
Car rides, playing tugs and retrieving are his favorite pass time. He also will enjoy a nice long snuggle on your lap. He loves his people; however, he doesn't understand little children. As a herding breed, he tends to herd and nip at the littles, so we feel it's best he is in a home with children that are 16 or older. Skipper is housebroken and crate trained, up to date on all vaccines and is neutered. He does well with other dogs his size or smaller.
Skipper could use some refresher basic obedience classes as he does pull when on leash. He always has a smile on his face and ready for anything his humans are up for. He is very active and needs exercise every day to keep his energy and drive where it needs to be. He does require a secure fenced yard as he would wander or go visiting if out in a non-fenced yard.
