When I meet you, I might act a little silly, as I am just so happy to see a new friend. I am learning the leash and enjoy playing in the yard with my 7-month-old fur foster. She has me running and playing like I never have, but I will also just chill and can be pretty laid back. I am your typical German Shepherd that loves to be petted and loved, but also always on alert. I have investigated every part of my foster's house and yard for any perimeter breaks and have found none.

I am crate and potty trained as well. There are small children in the house, and I don't mind them one bit. I will investigate anything they have in their hands, but I leave it alone since I know it is safe for them. Kids get toys too right?! Oh toys!! I love to play or chew on my toys. I haven't been exposed to cats, so they are unknown to me, but dogs of any size are my best friends. I will need some work on training, I listen, but training is going to make me the "bestest" boy ever!

Are we a match?! Apply and find out!

We do not adopt our dogs to folks who live in apartments.

As a foster-based rescue, we do not have a central facility to visit. Meet and greets with specific dogs are arranged once your adoption application (not an inquiry through Petfinder) has been received, processed, and approved. We do not adopt to folks who live in apartments.

We do not allow our dogs to be tied, tethered, chained or secured on a tie out for any of our dogs. We do not allow our shepherds to go into homes with an underground electronic fence system.
