Sheba has a great personality and has never met a stranger! She is active, loves to jump, play and run around. She is a big alpha in the sense she likes to be in charge. We feel she should be placed with a male dog as she is a big too bossy with another female. She has been spay, vaccinated and has a microchip. Her adoption fee is $450.00 plus MN state sales tax.
If you are serious about this dog, please go to our website and fill out an application: https://faerielandrescue.org/adopt/adoption-application/. We do not adopt our dogs to folks who live in apartments.
She knows sit, kennel and working on healing. She plays well with other dogs that are males. She loves to play with balls and will retrieve non-stop. She can be mouthy and for that reason we are not recommending children under 12 years of age. She will bark when she hears a sound and is an awesome “doorbell”.
She does not have boundaries when it comes to furniture. She feels “if you can sit or lay on it, so can she”. She likes to be the center of attention and have all of your attention. She may be ok as an only dog. She does whine when she is put in a crate or when she rides in the car. She loves to go on car rides but likes to tell you about the ride while you are driving. She requires a 6’ fenced, secure yard.
As a foster-based rescue, we do not have a central facility to visit. Meet and greets with specific dogs are arranged once your adoption application (not an inquiry through Petfinder) has been received, processed, and approved.
We do not allow our dogs to be tied, tethered, chained or secured on a tie out for any of our dogs. We do not allow our rescue dogs to go into homes with an underground electronic fence system.
