Meet Rose, a spunky German Shepherd mix female with a DOB – 5.15.25, Her adoption fee is $550 plus MN State Sales tax. She has age-appropriate vaccinations and a microchip..

I you are serious about this dog, please go to our website and fill out an application: https://faerielandrescue.org/adopt/adoption-application/.

We do not adopt our dogs to folks who live in apartments.

This girl loves to play, run and go on walks, but then she crashes and just wants to lay next to you. In true German Shepherd fashion, she will be your little shadow and follow you wherever you go. She loves car rides and will just lay down and take in the scenery. She is 80% potty & crate trained. She does get along with other dogs (she loves the resident dogs), but because she is scared, she will bark at introductions, but soon she becomes fast friends and is ready to play. She loves food and is always hungry, so a slow feeder is a great tool to help with slowing her down.

Rose is still very unsure of her surroundings, we are working on confidence with exposing her to everything, she can get a little barky at other dogs, so obedience training would be a good thing to start right away to help with this. Rose is as sweet as her name and looking for a family to love.

As a foster-based rescue, we do not have a central facility to visit. Meet and greets with specific dogs are arranged once your adoption application (not an inquiry through Petfinder) has been received, processed, and approved.

We do not allow our dogs to be tied, tethered, chained or secured on a tie out. We do not allow our rescue dogs to go into homes with an underground electronic fence system. We do not adopt our dogs to folks who plan to have the dogs living outside 24/7 or the majority of time or living in a kennel type environment.
