My personality is a mixture of sweet and innocent but I am a bit timid at first. Once I have your trust, I'll be your shadow. I am overflowing with sweetness. Once I know you are one of the best humans around (besides my foster parents), I will greet you with cuddles and kisses. I am super friendly with people and kids, and need no time to warm up to my two-legged friends. I am perfectly content to sleep the day away pressed against your side. I spend most of the day snoozing at my foster parents feet, with some short bursts of play sprinkled in – don’t let my age fool you, I know how to cut a yard! Wherever you are, I am right with you (in front, behind or between your legs, I'm not picky!) but being a dog is new to me, so I am catching up on all I have missed. I love playing with my canine foster siblings now that my puppies have all gone to their forever homes (or foster homes). I wouldn’t mind a canine sibling in my forever home (not a requirement though!), I don’t mind felines either.

I am learning so many new tricks, and I know sit, down and am working on shake. Also, I am crate and potty trained. I can't wait to get to know my forever family and go on adventures with them. If you are looking for a sweet lady that will bring a smile to your face every day, apply for me today!

As a foster-based rescue, we do not have a central facility to visit. Meet and greets with specific dogs are arranged once your adoption application (not an inquiry through Petfinder) has been received, processed, and approved.

We do not allow our dogs to be tied, tethered, chained or secured on a tie out for any of our dogs. We do not allow our shepherds to go into homes with an underground electronic fence system.
